Weekly iSAYSO Admin Summary – Week Ending 23 August 2026
Hi everyone,
This week Tracy and the iSAYSO admin team have been working through a large amount of material, turning scattered documents, OIA responses, court papers, and member concerns into clearer issue files.
Documents received and reviewed this week included MBIE Equal Pay Amendment Act material, Ministry of Justice correspondence, HDC material, MPI food-safety and court-related documents, NZTA/King Country transport material, Rangitikei District Council LGOIMA files, firearms licensing material, MSD Privacy Act correspondence, and a large set of Corrections and court documents relating to prison, release, and judicial review issues.
The main thing we have learned again is that the records matter. A lot of the work now is separating verified documents from allegations, checking who made each decision, identifying what evidence was relied on, and making sure any public or legal response is built from the paper trail.
The website has also seen a noticeable lift in activity. For the latest seven-day period reviewed, iSAYSO recorded about 11,803 qualified public pageviews, with Cloudflare showing an average of about 1,412 edge unique visitors per completed day. This is encouraging, but we still need to keep growing real public reach.
