No one verified the Pandemic of Covid

Synopsis of a very important series of questions

This forensic review examines Ministry of Health OIA H2026086129 and the Crown’s COVID-19 decision records. It does not claim every decision was unlawful, but it exposes a serious accountability problem: the released papers show recommendations and approvals, yet do not clearly show the full verification chain behind key facts used to justify epidemic notices, renewals, testing orders, vaccination measures, and rights-limiting public-health decisions.

The review asks the basic questions any lawful system should be able to answer: who verified the evidence, what data was actually before decision-makers, what was independently checked, what was missing, and where is the record? It is a call for proper scrutiny of public-health power, not blind trust in official summaries.
