OIA request – Placental pathology records, 2020-2025 Health NZ

Some of you will be aware of the Court Appearances that Irene Chain. The disgusting behaviour of the Midwifery council was exposed. What we are doing here is sending them 16 separate OIAs all relating to the way the council treated the Health Dept staff, anf the effect that the vaccine had on the children and mothers to be.

OIA request – Placental pathology records, 2020-2025

I request the following official information under the Official Information Act 1982:

1. Please provide any reports, briefings, reviews, emails, or other records held by the Ministry from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2025 concerning reported changes in placental condition or placental pathology compared with pre-2020 practice.

2. This includes records referring to placental insufficiency, infarction, inflammation, calcification, clotting, maternal vascular malperfusion, fetal vascular malperfusion, or other reported placental abnormalities.

3. If no responsive records are held, please confirm that. If another agency is more likely to hold them, please identify that agency and transfer the request under section 14 where appropriate.

Please provide the information electronically. If any information is withheld, please identify the applicable withholding ground.
