OIA request – Records concerning approximately 400 workers affected by vaccination requirements

I request the following official information under the Official Information Act 1982:

1. Please provide any record held by the Ministry from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2025 referring to approximately 400 nurses, midwives, maternity workers, or related health workers being removed from work, suspended, dismissed, restricted, or otherwise unable to practise because of COVID vaccination requirements during any single decision period or implementation period.

2. If the Ministry holds a record confirming or refuting that figure, please provide it.

3. If no responsive record is held, please confirm that.
