PUBLIC NOTICE
Proposed Public Evidence Review / Community Enquiry into Waitaki District Council.
Notice is hereby given that a public evidence review is proposed in relation to matters
concerning Waitaki District Council
The purpose of the review is to gather information, receive public submissions, examine
relevant Council decisions and processes, and prepare a factual report with
recommendations for further action where appropriate.
This review is intended to provide residents, ratepayers, businesses, affected parties,
elected members, staff, former staff, community organisations, and other interested
persons with an opportunity to place relevant information on record.

using public submissions, available records, official information requests, and
community testimony.
