PART 3 — THE HUMAN GRID
THEY PUT IT IN YOUR FOOD. THE DELIVERY SYSTEM NEVER NEEDED A NEEDLE.
Parts 1 and 2 covered the roadmap and the military version. The WEF named it. The DoD documented it. DARPA built an injectable biosensor for combat soldiers. Tested it at city scale in New York. The man who ran that program then ran the COVID vaccine rollout.
Part 3 is about what they did not wait for you to volunteer for.
Gold is a legally approved food additive. E175. Silver is a legally approved food additive. E174. Both carry E-numbers. Both are in your processed food right now. Confectionery. Chocolate. Cake decorations. Icing. Gum. Neither requires a nano label in New Zealand. Neither has been assessed for electromagnetic interaction. Neither required your consent.
In 2016 independent laboratory research conducted at Arizona State University found unlabelled nanoparticles in six out of six infant formula products tested. Gerber. Enfamil. Similac. Well Beginnings. Nano-hydroxyapatite. Nano titanium dioxide. Nano silicon dioxide. In baby formula. Not declared. Not regulated at the nano scale.
The European Commission’s own Scientific Committee found the needle-like nano-hydroxyapatite detected in Gerber, Enfamil and Well Beginnings is similar in shape to asbestos and potentially toxic. They said it was unsafe for toothpaste. It was in formula fed to newborns.
Gerber is owned by Nestlé. BlackRock holds over 5% of Nestlé. Vanguard holds 5.4% of Nestlé. The same two asset managers that hold the largest stakes in Verra Mobility. The company running New Zealand’s speed camera data on US cloud servers. The same funds. Across the food chain and the surveillance infrastructure simultaneously.
In 2025 the European Food Safety Authority attempted to complete its safety review of silver E174. They concluded they still cannot confirm it is safe. The genotoxicity data submitted by industry was inadequate. The particle size data was inadequate. After years of review the regulator admitted it approved a substance it cannot confirm is safe. That nanoscale risk assessment has never been completed. Silver E174 has been in approved food since before that guidance existed.
Nobody has tested E174 against terahertz frequencies. Nobody has assessed whether food-grade metal nanoparticles interact with the electromagnetic infrastructure being built right now. That assessment does not exist anywhere.
Now here is what research published in Science Advances in 2023 found.
Silver nanoparticles consumed orally do not travel through the blood. They travel through the vagus nerve and spinal nerves directly from the gut to the brain and spinal cord. Confirmed in mice. Confirmed in rhesus monkeys. The pathway bypasses the blood-brain barrier entirely. Enterocytes and nerve cells in the gut wall take up the particles and transfer them directly to connected peripheral nerves. From your food. Into your brain. Via your nervous system.
That is the approved food additive E174. At confirmed particle sizes of 11 to 18 nanometres. In your food today.
Now here is what the DARPA-funded team at UC Berkeley published in the journal Neuron in 2016.
They built wireless sensors the size of a grain of sand. They called them neural dust. Each mote has no battery and no wires. Powered entirely by ultrasound pulses sent from outside the body through the skin. The external transceiver sends the pulse. The mote converts it to electricity. Records nerve activity. Sends the signal back. Real-time nerve monitoring through the skin. Confirmed in live animals.
Then they built the next version. StimDust. Same technology running in reverse. Not just reading nerve signals. Triggering them. They implanted StimDust around a sciatic nerve in a live rodent and controlled the movement of its hind leg with an external ultrasound pulse.
Sense. Record. Stimulate. Wirelessly. From outside the body. No consent from the rodent.
The smart dust concept was funded by DARPA in 1998. The original vision was battlefield sensors the size of a grain of sand deployed by helicopters or artillery over enemy territory. Invisible surveillance networks. The invisibility was not a side effect. It was the design requirement.
By 2024 the smart dust market was valued at $153.9 million and growing at 14.3% annually. AI is now being integrated into individual motes so they can make autonomous decisions locally before transmitting. This technology is moving from laboratories to deployment now.
In March 2022 the University of Washington published research partially funded by the US Air Force. Tiny battery-free wireless sensors deployed by wind. Inspired by dandelion seeds. The senior researcher stated a drone could release thousands of these devices in a single drop.
The battlefield was always going to become somewhere else.
6G will operate in the terahertz band. Research confirmed in a US government database that terahertz frequencies overlap with the characteristic fingerprints of molecular vibrations and rotations including protein and DNA. Specific frequencies within the terahertz range produce bioeffects and modulate ion channels. The same ion channels neural dust monitors and stimulates.
The IEEE — the peak global body for electrical engineering — is right now developing interface protocols for translating molecular signals from inside the human body into terahertz communication for transmission to external networks. Their own published call for papers states the goal is seamless communication between biological systems and external IoT networks.
The WEF named three generations. Wearable. Implantable. Melded. Melded is where the boundary between the biological and the digital disappears entirely. That is the destination. It is in their own documents. They wrote it down.
The RAND Corporation warned in 2024 that Internet of Bodies technologies carry a risk that devices could be manipulated to provide erroneous information to the end user. That false information, sounds, images and thoughts could be uploaded to human brains. That warning came from inside the system. From the same think tank that helps design US military doctrine.
Here is the ownership chain that connects all of it.
BlackRock and Vanguard own the largest institutional stakes in Nestlé which puts nanoparticles in baby formula. They own the largest stakes in the food companies supplying those same additives through the processing chain. BlackRock holds 14.4% of Verra Mobility which runs New Zealand’s speed camera data on US cloud servers accessible under the CLOUD Act. Vanguard holds 5.18% of Verra Mobility. The same two funds. Across the food nanoparticle supply chain. Across the physical surveillance infrastructure. Simultaneously.
No single document has been found showing deliberate coordination between the food additive industry and the Internet of Bodies programme. What has been found is an architecture. Built piece by piece. Funded by defence agencies. Approved by regulators who cannot confirm safety. Owned by the same institutional investors at every node. Connected by a wireless infrastructure explicitly designed to communicate with the body from the outside.
They named it. They published it. They built it anyway.
Some of it was already in your breakfast.
Part 4 drops next. What New Zealand has already built to be a node in this network. And why Christchurch was named a test city in its own documents.
