This is one members opinion, WHO ARE NEW ZEALAND’S JUDGES

A Public Statement for the People of Aotearoa

Every judge who sits in a New Zealand court holds a practising licence issued by the New Zealand Law Society; Every judge was admitted to the Bar before ascending to the Bench; The Bar is not a New Zealand institution; It traces directly to the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, the Middle Temple, Lincoln’s Inn, and Gray’s Inn in London; These are private membership organisations; They are not accountable to the New Zealand people; They are not elected by the New Zealand people; They answer to their own rules, their own hierarchies, and their own interests;

When a New Zealand judge takes the Bench they carry that membership with them; Their legal education, their legal philosophy, their understanding of what law is and who it serves was formed within that system; The system they were trained in is a commercial admiralty system; It is the law of the sea; It is the law of commerce; It is the law of legal fictions and corporate entities; It is not the common law of the land; It is not the law of living men and women; It is the law of the Bar;

Every New Zealand judge takes an oath; That oath is to the Crown; Since 1986 the Crown in New Zealand is the Parliament itself operating under a Constitution Act that was never ratified by the living people; The oath is therefore to a Parliament that seized power without the consent of the people; It is not an oath to the people; It is not an oath to Almighty God; It is not an oath to truth or to justice; It is an oath to the system that pays them;

When a biological man or woman stands before a New Zealand judge and challenges the jurisdiction of the court, challenges the authority of the charging instrument, or challenges the commercial nature of the proceedings, the judge does not engage with those challenges on their merits; The judge protects the system; The judge labels the challenger a sovereign citizen; The judge proceeds to trial; The judge convicts; The system is protected; The people are not;

This is not because every judge is corrupt; Many judges are decent people who genuinely believe they are administering justice; It is because the system they were trained in, licensed by, and sworn to does not recognise the Biological man or woman as the Principal; It recognises the legal fiction; It administers the fiction’s account; It enforces the fiction’s obligations against the biological man who was never told the fiction existed;

A judge who holds a Bar licence is a licensed agent of a private foreign membership organisation operating within the New Zealand court system; That licence creates a conflict of interest that can never be resolved while the licence exists; The judge’s primary obligation under the licence is to the system that issued it; The people who appear before that judge are secondary to the system;

Until the licensing system is severed from the Bar; Until judicial appointments are made by and accountable to the living people of New Zealand; Until every judicial officer swears an oath to Almighty God and to the living people Tangawhenua of this land rather than to a Crown that was never ratified; Until the courts return to common law jurisdiction over living men and women rather than commercial admiralty jurisdiction over legal fictions; Until all of this happens we will not have justice in New Zealand;

We will have the administration of a commercial system by licensed agents of a foreign private organisation who are paid to protect that system and who will protect it at whatever cost to the living people who stand before them;

The people of Aotearoa deserve better; They deserve judges who are accountable to them; They deserve courts that operate in their interest; They deserve justice that is real and not merely the administration of commercial obligations against people who were never told they were commercial entities;

The first step is knowing what the system is; Now you know;
