When they Marton Court, get in a tight corner this is what they do.

In a nut shell if we have to file and pay to get something into court, we get the receipt for payment confirmation that the documents are filed. It is not uncommon  to have them say we have lost the documents.
This case is where the Police have been found to be working for the local Mayor. The claims are against them both.

Hello,

Further to the Ministry’s response and the Registry correspondence, payment has now been made.

Accordingly, payment is no longer any possible explanation for the filing not being processed.

The urgent issue is now that the judicial review documents appear not to have been located, linked to the payment, processed, sealed, or allocated a case number.

Please confirm today:

the payment receipt number and date recorded by the Registry;

the file or case reference to which the payment has been allocated;

whether the judicial review documents are presently held by the Registry;

whether the documents have been accepted for filing;

the case number;

when sealed documents will be issued;

whether the original attempted filing date is preserved;

whether the matter has been referred to a Registrar or Judge for urgent direction.

If this is not fixed and confirmed today, I will attend the Registry on Monday to resolve the filing failure in person.

For the avoidance of doubt, any such attendance will not be voluntary. It will be caused by the Registry’s failure to provide a workable filing/payment pathway, then failure to locate, process, or confirm the filing after payment was made.

I reserve the right to claim all costs, time, travel, accommodation, disbursements, and associated expenses arising from that attendance, including time charged at $1,500 per hour.

Please treat this as urgent and confirm today that the filing has been located, processed, and assigned a case number.
