This is relating to the Notice Served in you on the 21 November 2025 in relation to alleged proceeding CIV2025-083-055. This publication has caused significant harm and constitutes Defamation Per Se, False Light Publication, Professional Negligence, Malicious Publication, Negligent Misstatement, and Abuse of Process facilitated through media distribution. You published an unverified legal notice without sighting a sealed Statement of Claim, a court order for substituted service, verified authority, or indemnity insurance. Crown Law has confirmed via OIA disclosures that no agency verifies authority, indemnity, or oversight of such processes.
