Following your clarification that certain information is “not held”, I refine my request to seek existing records, datasets, and operational materials that underpin the activities described.

This request is limited to information already held and does not require creation of new material.

1. Enforcement Activity Records

Please provide existing reports, dashboards, summaries, or datasets showing:
– Number of infringement notices issued
– Road policing enforcement activity levels
– Monthly or annual breakdowns

Timeframe: Last 5 years

2. Operational Reporting

Copies of operational or performance reports relating to road policing enforcement activity provided to:
– District Commanders
– National Headquarters
– Senior leadership

3. RPIP Activity Measures

Documents defining or explaining:
– Road Policing Investment Programme activity measures
– How enforcement contributes to those measures
– Internal guidance linking enforcement outputs to performance expectations

4. Reviews and Assurance

Any review, evaluation, assurance, or performance assessment documents referencing enforcement practices, including where enforcement is a component.

5. Complaint Handling Framework

Documents describing how complaints relating to enforcement actions are recorded, classified, or handled.

6. Discretion Guidance

Internal guidance or policy explaining how discretion is applied in issuing infringements and ensuring consistency.
