Affidavits in Court.
Courts are the only place I know where a corporation requires and acknowledges an affidavit, so we need to make use of this tool if we are to appear in court if we are summoned.
An affidavit is your truth, your belief and needs to be rebutted, or it stands until it is rebutted with proof.
This is an affidavit that has been written for people to use within the district court (and High Court).
Fully read what has been written along with the attachments and comprehend what is written.
Part or all of this affidavit can be used.
The courts are not liking this affidavit when we present it to them.
An affidavit must be filled before the hearing, preferably days before and also take a copy with you.
District Court Rules 2014 section 9.62 means an affidavit cant be ignored.
