Official Information Act Request – Cabinet Decision Record

Dear Cabinet Office,

 I request the following information under the Official Information Act 1982.

This request relates to the Government decision publicly reported around 2 February 2026 concerning the allocation of approximately $15 million towards weapons, defence equipment, or related support for Ukraine.

 Please provide:

 1. The Cabinet minute, Cabinet decision record, or Cabinet committee minute recording the approval of this funding.

 2. Any associated Cabinet committee papers, decision summaries, or briefing material that records the decision or fiscal treatment of this allocation.

 3. Any wording within the Cabinet decision that refers to fiscal neutrality, offsets, reprioritisation, clawback requirements, or funding sources.

 If any material is withheld under section 9(2)(f) or related provisions protecting Cabinet deliberations, please provide a document schedule identifying the documents held and their general subject matter.
