The preamble says: FBI manuals recast rights-exercisers as domestic extremists through clever psychological manipulation, labeling constitutional behaviours suspicious while paradoxically acknowledging their lawfulness. Officers become liability-bearing chess pieces while federal entities maintain pristine hands – an artful dodge of accountability when constitutional assertions are criminilised despite their legitimacy.

 

Obviously it is based in America but it seems to be eerily similar to what we see here and other western countries.
