OFFICIAL INFORMATION ACT / PRIVACY ACT REQUEST

I request the following information relating to Police actions involving Simon Peter Stott:

1. All records, notes, intelligence entries, NIA entries, emails, and briefings referring to Simon Peter Stott in relation to 74 Salford Street, Gore.

2. The evidential basis relied upon to assert that Simon Peter Stott resided at that address.

3. Any records identifying why Simon Peter Stott was selected for prosecution rather than other persons present or connected to the address.

4. Copies of all statements attributed to Shirley Stott, including draft notes.

5. All communications between Police and MPI referring to Simon Peter Stott.
