The time has come to question Police behaviour, that is provable on paper.

FORMAL POLICE COMPLAINT

This complaint concerns police conduct during the execution of a search on 6 September 2023 at 74 Salford Street, Gore.

An 88‑year‑old woman, Shirley Stott, was removed from the house early in the morning, placed outside in cold conditions for approximately 2.5 hours while wearing night attire, and questioned during that time.

Her name was misrecorded. She was not informed of her rights. She does not recall the questioning.

Statements were obtained under circumstances that raise serious concerns regarding duress, reliability, and elder treatment.

I request an investigation into:
• treatment of an elderly person,
• failure to ensure welfare,
• accuracy of recorded statements,
• and reliance on those statements to support criminal charges.
