Just before Xmas the Ombudsman him self rang Tracy to say he was blocking the in LandsAirWater Counsel as we were putting in too many complaints. Well we still wait to see any response what so every from them. We have to keep in mind that we are constantly exposing what is a system designed to take from us and protect them.
