Important clause for all communication

Addendum – Interpretive Protection Clause

 

For the avoidance of doubt, and to preserve the lawful intent of my correspondence, I include the following clause as part of every communication and record submitted by me:

 

“Notwithstanding any definition herein, no term shall be interpreted in a manner that violates fundamental dignity, truth, or justice — unless the context otherwise requires it is hereby invoked as a mandatory duty, not a discretionary escape
