This is NZTA or someone using their identity to scam

To fill you in here.
The car was deregistered at the NZTA paying a fee to be taken off their system, it wasn’t. So don’t pay for that.
A officer wanted to know what the previous registration was, after 3/4 hour it was easier to tell him.
But they have now used that to  claim that registration updated. We have sent off 2 replies with invoices for breaches of the NDA, but their computer keeps sending reminders. This last reply is sighting the possibilitythat someone is using them to scam us.
The debit collection agencies don’t bother me, as they have been dealt with that quickly and professionally , they know they are wasting their time.
