PUBLIC NOTICE – ACCOUNTABILITY AND INSURANCE IN GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION
PUBLIC NOTICE – ACCOUNTABILITY AND INSURANCE IN GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION
From: Law Counsel Revenue Office – InLandsAirWater Counsel Private Trust (PTNDA)
Return: PO Box 265, Queenstown
Purpose
To record that the administrators who call themselves the New Zealand Government are bound by duty to disclose their insurance and indemnity arrangements when their decisions cause harm or loss.
Statement
We who were born here live under our own natural and customary rights. We are not legal entities or registered fictions. Those who administer public offices are service providers, not owners of us or of the land.
Every administrator holds insurance—liability, professional-indemnity, and statutory-liability cover—so that when their actions cause loss, a lawful remedy exists. Despite repeated requests, these administrators have refused to disclose that insurance.
If we have a car accident, we are responsible: we hand over our insurance so the car can be repaired and the harm made right. The New Zealand Government does not do this. When its actions damage lives, property, or wellbeing, it hides the insurance that should cover those losses. Administrators are required to be insured, yet they deny us access to that protection, leaving those born here to carry the cost.
This refusal blocks remedy and exposes a wider truth: administrators are protecting their own system, not repairing the damage they cause. We call for open disclosure of every insurance policy held for administrative acts and for direct access to those policies to correct the harm already done.
Until that disclosure occurs, all further administrative actions remain unaccountable.
