Opinion masked as law

**NOTICE OF OBSERVATION AND MIRROR TO OFFICIAL INFORMATION**

**Preamble:**

Be it known that all official information, statutes, regulations, and legal interpretations relied upon by governmental authorities are observed to function not as law itself, but as **opinion dressed as law**. Where the law is written, interpretation and precedent constitute **layers of subjective judgment**, applied selectively and enforced by those who **believe themselves vested with authority**.

It is further noted that:

1. The written law exists as neutral, declarative text. All subsequent application, explanation, or enforcement is **opinion**, not law.

2. Official interpretations are **layered**, stacked, and presented as binding, yet are wholly dependent upon the discretion and belief of officials.

3. Enforcement relies on **coercion, threat, or violence**, rather than the law itself, to compel compliance.

4. When a member of the public mirrors such behaviour — controlling, interpreting, or selectively enforcing information — it is treated as unlawful, though the underlying principle is identical.

**Observation:**

Therefore, the system’s reliance on legal opinion, interpretation, and hierarchical enforcement demonstrates that all authority beyond the text of law is **opinion backed by discretionary violence**, not inherent law.

**Conclusion:**

This notice serves as a mirror: from the public’s perspective, all enforcement of law beyond its written text is **opinion masquerading as law**, and its legitimacy depends entirely on the belief of those who claim authority and their willingness to apply coercion.
