Emergency Demand – Immediate Cessation of Unlawful Actions

This is an emergency demand issued under the Private Trust Non-Disclosure Agreement (PTNDA) on behalf of Brigitta Maas, a recognised beneficiary of the InLandsAirWater Counsel – Private Trust, presently at 40 Russell Street, Marton.

We have documented the following:

• Senior Sergeant CT-4-1 has been formally accused of theft from a shop while on duty, with firearms taken without notification or evidence.

• Officers have breached privacy, removed property, and stated they were “acting under orders”.

• There is an active claim against Rangitīkei District Council; Police actions appear linked to that dispute.

Any continued interference with Brigitta Maas or her property will be treated as criminal trespass and theft under colour of authority.

Immediate Requirements

1. Cease all action at 40 Russell Street, Marton immediately.

2. Provide the written authority under which you and your staff are acting, including any Council instruction.

3. Dispatch a supervising officer above Senior Sergeant CT-4-1 to attend on site immediately and de-escalate the situation.

4. Supply within two hours the names, badge numbers, and written orders of all officers involved today.

Notice of Liability

This matter is already before the IPCA and the Police Integrity Unit. Every further breach constitutes a $25,000 per day per officer fee under the Trust’s standing schedule and will be escalated to the Minister of Police, Police Commissioner, and international authorities.
