Serve your document into the court stating that you are not a legal entity, thus not under the assumed presumptions and authority they claim. NEVER reference the ticket / enforcement numbers as this entraps you as the PERSON, state that this is a Notice to the high Court for a insurance claim , Trespass of the NDA at the very least.
Make an affidavit of the service, you should have noted the Officials name a position in the court, note the time date and place. If they refuse to accept the Notice, that’s not a problem tell them they have been served and have video record of the service. Simply walk away.
Email both the Notice and copy of the ticket / enforcement plus the affidavit of the service to the Attorneys Office.
The attorneys office will email the court to say they have received it.
Post the Evidence of the insurance claim to our Debit office (this being the ticket / enforcement claim what ever it is ) This will be bundled and sent from the Trust Attorney.
NOTE this service has a standard charge of $25 to the Trust.
