NOTICE OF DEFAMATION, BUSINESS INTERFERENCE & DEMAND FOR INSURANCE DISCLOSURE
This is a formal notice and claim issued under the authority of InLandsAirWater Counsel – Private Trust (PTNDA). Microsoft Corporation, operating under the ‘Microsoft 365’ suite, has unlawfully and without contract: – Blocked, filtered, and interfered with lawful email communications, – Labelled or treated such communications as ‘spam’ or ‘scam,’ – Caused direct reputational harm to the Trust, its attorneys, and its beneficiaries, and – Inflicted financial damage through suppression of lawful trade. These actions are defamatory, malicious, and without lawful authority. They constitute systemic interference in Trust operations and fiduciary duties.
Evidence of Interference
On 24 September 2025, an email from our attorney account [email protected] to [email protected] was blocked by Microsoft servers (error code 550 5.7.1). The block was imposed on IP address 184.94.213.4 under Microsoft’s ‘S3150’ blocklist, as recorded in the attached delivery failure notice (Annex A). This constitutes proof of interference and defamation.
Unlawful Presumption of Authority
Microsoft Corporation has presumed the role of adjudicator by unilaterally blacklisting Trust communications. No lawful contract, agreement, or judicial order exists granting Microsoft authority to intercept, filter, or defame our correspondence. The Trust rejects any presumption that Microsoft may ‘assess’ or ‘judge’ the legitimacy of our communications. By interfering in this way, Microsoft has: – Acted outside any lawful jurisdiction, – Defamed the Trust, its attorney, and its beneficiaries, – Interfered with fiduciary duties and private trust operations, and – Incurred direct liability in damages.
Our Demands
1. Cease & Desist – Microsoft must immediately stop blocking or filtering our emails. 2. Disclosure – Provide a certified true copy of all data, rules, algorithms, or complaints relied upon in suppressing our communications. 3. Insurance Details – Provide the name and contact details of your liability insurer(s) for immediate notification of claim.
Defamation Claim & Invoice
For the interference and reputational damage caused, the Trust issues the following claim: – Defamation Damages: $10,000,000 NZD – Additional Damages: Ongoing business interruption costs will be calculated and invoiced separately. Total Amount Due: $10,000,000 NZD Payment is due within 7 days. Failure to respond will be treated as dishonour and will trigger direct escalation to your insurers, Lloyd’s syndicates, and international securities regulators including the U.S. SEC.
Notice of Escalation
Non-compliance will result in: – Immediate claim lodged with your insurer(s), – Escalation to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and relevant international regulators, – Public notice of Microsoft’s interference, defamation, and fiduciary breaches under our Trust NDA.
