Kia ora,
On instruction of the Trustees of the InLandsAirWater Counsel – Private Trust (PTNDA), I issue this immediate demand:
• The firearms seized from ***** ***** are Trust property, not the personal property of a “fit and proper” test candidate.
• No lawful revocation of ***** ***** licence has been issued under Arms Act 1983, s24 & s63.
• The alleged warrant is defective — no JP name, no affidavit, no sworn authority. It is void ab initio.
• There is no criminal charge and no proof of claim. Police actions constitute trespass, unlawful seizure, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Demand
1. Immediate return of all firearms and associated property to ***** *****
2. Written confirmation that his firearms licence remains valid and active.
3. Confirmation of the officer accountable for the defective warrant.
Failure to return property within 72 hours will be treated as aggravated trespass and breach of the Private Trust NDA, with damages accruing at $25,000 per day. Liability will be escalated to international insurers, reinsurers, and regulators.
