NOTICE OF DISCREPANCY AND DEMAND FOR LAWFUL VERIFICATION

1. Receipt of Claims
It has come to the attention of the Trustees and Attorneys of the InLandsAirWater Counsel – Private Trust that a “forensic report” has been circulated internationally alleging that the video recording of the 15 March 2019 Christchurch mosque shootings was falsified and/or staged.

2. Official Record
The Crown has already entered into record, via the Royal Commission of Inquiry, High Court sentencing of Brenton Tarrant, and the Film and Literature Board of Review, that the said events were authentic. These constitute the current lawful record of the Crown.

3. Notice of Discrepancy
Where unverified third-party “forensic reports” contradict the official Crown record, a discrepancy exists. Fiduciary law requires that discrepancies affecting public confidence, international insurance, securities compliance, and fiduciary responsibility be reconciled under oath and by disclosure of original evidence.

4. Demand for Lawful Verification
You are hereby required to provide, within 21 days, the following:
– Confirmation of the chain of custody for all original video files seized in relation to 15 March 2019.
– Disclosure of the forensic methodology and names of qualified Crown experts who verified the authenticity of the video.
– A sworn statement, under liability for perjury, affirming the lawful standing of the Crown’s official record against any third-party contradictions.

5. Fiduciary Liability
Failure to respond shall be deemed:
– A tacit admission that the Crown cannot reconcile its record.
– A fiduciary breach impacting Crown insurance cover, securities obligations, and international trust law.
– A matter for escalation to insurance brokers (Marsh / Lloyd’s), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the United Nations Human Rights Commissioner under UNDRIP obligations.

6. Jurisdiction
This Notice is issued from the InLandsAirWater Counsel – Private Trust, operating under customary law and Non-Disclosure Agreement. It is not a legal entity. All responses must be addressed to the Attorney only.
