The Trust’s claim under Police Liability Policy ANDO GL 0323 (lodged 15 June 2025, accepted) remains without progress, update, or disclosure from Marsh.

As broker of record, Marsh is under fiduciary duty to:

1. Provide full claim vectors and correspondence file;

2. Identify the on-risk Lloyd’s syndicate and handler;

3. Confirm settlement pathway and timelines.

Failure to act since acceptance constitutes constructive denial of claim and breach of broker obligations.

Unless the requested documents and written status update are received by 5:00 pm NZST, 12 September 2025, the Trust will escalate to:

• Lloyd’s syndicate heads,

• NZ and international regulators (FMA, FCA, SEC), and

• Securities and fiduciary oversight bodies.
