Inversion

Police use intimidation with procedure using obstruction as an excuse to hide the unlawful behaviour they impose to dissuade scrutiny, by claiming obstruction this becomes interference using policy by police to disencourage investigation by bystanders who observe declaration but wish to ensure lawful adherance, even refusing to identify by police in the execution of their duty is inversion of lawful justice.
