NOTICE OF FRAUDULENT DEMAND, FIDUCIARY FAILURE, AUDIT DEMAND, AND INSURANCE CLAIM

Ref: ILAW-BNZ-RBNZ-2025-001

Date: Friday the 22nd August 2025 14:45

To:
Chief Executive Officer – BNZ
cc: Governor – Reserve Bank of New Zealand

From:
Attorney – InLandsAirWater Counsel – Private Trust (NDA)
PO Box 237
Gore

MASTER TRUST JURISDICTION BRIEF (Foundation)

1. Private Trust jurisdiction – Not subject to Crown courts, statutory overlays, or administrative agents.

2. Quia Emptores (1289) – Abolished sovereign ownership; all land thereafter held only in tenure. Crown claims are fictional overlays.

3. Revoked Power of Attorney – All prior mortgage authorities have been terminated and publicly noticed.

4. No administrative engagement – Any interference with Trust members constitutes trespass and triggers an insurance claim.

5. All notices are insurance claims – Each act of harm, coercion, or trespass is an insurable event.

6. Jurisdictional signage present – Trust assets are visibly marked. Ignorance is no defence.

7. Independent Science Council – Operating globally; rebuts state and financial capture.

8. Language fraud warning – Terms such as ‘Summary of Facts’ and ‘birthdate’ are red flags of jurisdictional fraud.

9. Identity declaration – We are born here. No ‘living person’ or other commodified fiction applies.

10. Judicial recognition – Wellington High Court has confirmed the Trust is not a legal entity, yet accepted Trust invoices – validating standing under Trust Law.

FRAUDULENT MORTGAGE CONSTRUCT

By our records, any mortgage created reflects the Crown, not lawful agreement. This is achieved through:
– Language fraud – mortgages are written in another jurisdictional language, obscuring the true meaning.
– Crown fiction – a mortgage creates a Crown overlay, falsely inserting a sovereign interest.
– Lack of full disclosure – borrowers are not informed that signing a mortgage is consenting to Crown control.

If BNZ has ever signed or registered mortgages without providing full interpretation, this is fraudulent inducement. The creation of ‘the Crown’ within a mortgage is evidence of systemic fraud.

FIDUCIARY FAILURES

BNZ and the Reserve Bank have failed in their fiduciary obligations by:

1. Failing to prove lawful standing for the demand on 25 Buscomb Avenue, Henderson.

2. Failing to provide proof of claim, including original wet-ink contracts.

3. Failing to protect beneficiaries from fraudulent mortgage structures.

4. Failing to act with full fiduciary disclosure when creating or enforcing mortgages.

DEMANDS FOR AUDIT AND INSURANCE

You are hereby required to:
1. Conduct and disclose a full forensic audit of the mortgage and rates process, including beneficial ownership records, Crown grant references, and encumbrance register.
2. Provide details of your insurance coverage, including:
– Insurance company,
– Insurance broker,
– Active policy numbers.
3. Notify your insurers immediately that this matter constitutes an active insurance claim for fraud, trespass, and fiduciary breach.
4. Confirm the claim reference number and broker acknowledgment in writing.

This requirement applies equally to BNZ and the Reserve Bank.

CONSEQUENCES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

Failure to meet the above demands within 72 hours will result in:
– An invoice of $25,000 per breach, per day, accruing from the date of this Notice.
– Filing of liens over BNZ and RBNZ assets for fiduciary breach.
– Escalation to international oversight including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Treasury, Lloyd’s, and FCA UK.
