A very good read, relevant to the actions we are taking against the Legal system
One Living Man, I respect deeply
I attended a presentation held by anthony-john of the house haddock three months ago in Masterton. When he came to the door and greeted myself and John Ansell I quickly realised he was a different type of man.
I hadn’t met someone with the spirit of god in their eyes until this day. He wore board shorts and a woolen hoody and a full grey beard. He led the meeting for 6 hours, from the front of a chilly Masterton garage in bare feet. Not the typical looking character to be educating people about New Zealand’s history and Legislation.
With a felt pen and a few large pieces of paper he spelt out the fraudulent content within our Government’s Legislation that captures control of man and woman’s spirit through coercion, deception and the refusal to follow what all representatives are bound by, the words and phrases within their policies and acts.
As representatives of corporations are doing business they must follow the basic principles and rules of contract, equity and nature and all contracts offered, whether verbal, written or done in action, they must follow principles related to good intent. All contracts must be transparent to provide all parties with full disclosure or they are authoritarian.
Ant has taught me if there is any misleading content within a contract the agreement would be considered actions of bad faith which is a criminal offence in New Zealand. To coerce another man or woman for pecuniary gain and reward is considered slavery, servitude and serfdom in our country.
Either through media channels, inaccurate research studies, data or fear. The one tool agencies and representatives are using to persuade our trust is acting on their claim of right which is delivered as personal belief, assumption and opinion.
A person is an imaginary entity that is strictly bound by the criminal and civil legislation and can not perceive a claim of right once it has been informed of with facts and evidence. Failing to do its due diligence as a corporate agent or failing to follow obligations within its code of conduct is negligent behaviour with the intent to harm.
In the chilly Masterton garage I sat quietly watching closely and trying to understand where I actually was. My personal belief of New Zealand Legislation structures were not aligning with ants words, he interpreted words and phrases within law and legislation in a way that helped me understand my lived experiences with more clarity.
Three months on I’m sitting in the public gallery with anthony-john of the house haddock as he whispers to me “she’s bad, tread carefully, don’t piss her off,” as Ngaire Mascelle, a Thames Courts Justice of the Peace enters the court room.
Three months of living and breathing in ants world had prepared me to address a serious miscarriage of justice with Mascalle with relative confidence, not related to the trespass notice or police conditions I had been ordered to court for, something far more simple.
I presented myself to Mascalle not as Shane Christie, but as living man Shane. The 40 year veil constricting my mind from freedom had begun to lift.
With every word from Mascalle’s mouth the social norms I’d grown to understand as objective truths were revealing themselves as falsehood’s and Mascalle’s intent to coerce and deceive me in an attempt to take full authority over the defendant Mr Christie finally opened my eyes to the fact the judicial system of New Zealand is an organised crime unit.
The game or battle is to attain full authority and administration over my life, it is our job to retain it. The rules ant had taught me to abide by are to act in honour and respect while following the basic principles and rules of contract, equity and nature. Our weapons, Know who we are, Know who Mascalle is and understand that her true intent is to take full authority over the person Shane Christie.
Ant warned me of the subtleness of a Judicial officers words, the positioning and persuasive intent is not a language the general population are used too. It is legal ease, considered a different language in the courts which needs careful attending too or a living man or woman can go from alive and well, to stillbirth and fictitious by simply consenting to a verbal contract without being provided full consent.
Full transparency of all interpretations and policies must be clearly described or it is coercion and this is where truth lies.
In the battle arena for man and woman’s identity, Mascalle stated that “she could only deal with the person that’s stated on the document” in front of her. She also implied to me as, “Mr Christie you are saying, to deny the charge and defend it” in regards to making a plea as the person Mr Christie and this is after I had made it clear to her I am alive and do not identify as your thing of imagination.
She attempted to coerce me into being her subject while stating her role is to be an “impartial adjudicator” that accused me of being “sovereign citizen” inclined, which is only a corporate entity as the word “citizen” is a member of a body politic and “sovereign” relates to the Governor General and the house of representatives.
She told me to “zip it” as I expressed my living man status as she “didnt have time for this” even though her time is paid by the New Zealand tax payers and her core role is to uphold truth and honour in the New Zealand courts.
Eventually she made a not guilty plea for Shane Christie and provided living man shane with another opportunity to learn and assist anthony-john of the house haddock on his 3 decade God given quest to expose the fraud in our legislation, correct all identification records and integrate the Basic Principles and Rules of Contract, Equity and Nature into all commerce presentations on this earth.
Mascalle attempted to manipulate me into contracting for 15 minutes in the presence of two security guards, a police officer, two bailiffs and a lawyer and with not a single word spoken from any of their mouths in support of my claims. I cannot imagine the damage and harm this Judicial trickery has caused around the world.
Ants’ earlier warnings that Mascalle was dangerous wasn’t just about his experience fighting her in court but he had also heard of a serious driving allegation that involved Ngaire Mascelle and her husband David Mascelle. A Stuff article titled, “Wife of Matangi fatal driver takes the stand” stated the couple were “initially charged with careless driving causing death” of a young man named William Gregory Hoskins’ “but that charge was withdrawn by police.” Hoskins’ body was found in the early morning hours of January 15th 2012 Marychurch Road, Matangi.
As Ngaire Mascalle was a passenger at the time of the incident she provided key evidence to the Coroner Gary Evans “claiming she did not consider it an accident because an accident occurred when “you damage another motor vehicle or injure a person or animal”.
An official Police report stated “the Police’s investigation into Mr Hoskins’ death determined it was likely he was lying down.”
In an Otago daily times article named, “Analyst ignored reports, inquest told” wrote a statement saying, “the couple were towing an “800kg loaded trailer when he hit Hastings man William Gregory Hoskins.”
It also stated “two expert reports” about the incident were ignored by a Police analysts, one being “detailing the effectiveness of Mr Mascelle’s headlights” stating if Mr Mascalles had been on full beam he would have had a “five-fold visibility” although Mascalle’s headlights were dipped at the time and were also incorrectly aligned with one aiming too low he would “still have a line of sight of 44 meters.”
The other report was detailed in the Stuff article concluding the “VTNZ vehicle inspector John Holderness, who did an inspection report on Mr Mascelle’s vehicle and trailer, said he found damage to the “lower valance of the front bumper” also concluding Mr Mascalle “would have struck something relatively low because there’s no damage to it any higher.”
A critical piece of Ngaire Mascelle testimony was her interpretation of the word accident, and she did not believe they were involved in one, as to have an accident “you damage another motor vehicle or injure a person or animal” she stated.
When Coroner Gary Evans read from the Land Transport Act about rendering assistance after an “accident arising directly or indirectly from the operation of a vehicle” Ngaire Mascelle replied, “It only involved us at that point in time, so I didn’t think it was an accident in the general sense of the word accident… to be honest it didn’t even enter my mind that it could have been a person on the road.”
The criminal courts are fundamentally flawed, Judges, Police and lawyers can interpret the definitions of words such as person which can be altered to suit a bias, narrative or predetermined outcome.
Ngaire Mascelle’s coercion and manipulation in my court hearing for instance, and her statements as a witness to Coroner Gary Evans questioning related to William Gregory Hoskins’ death are clear examples of how the interpretation of person and identification of man and woman can be misused in court.
In turn, if criminals are made aware of the fractured foundation in our legislation they could use the system as it stands to avoid accountability and manipulate fair and impartial Judges looking for justice.
If the foundation of the Judicial system is built on coercion and deception, until the legislation errors are corrected, which is simply a matter of time. Is a Coroner inquest process more suitable to find truth and justice considering they are in pursuit of facts and evidence rather than legal accountability which can be clearly manipulated.
An example I have of the Judicial legal systems limitations in New Zealand is when I attended the employment court hearing for Air New Zealand employees fighting against the Covid-19 vaccination mandate led by Judge Kerry Smith. I was shocked to witness Smith’s attitude when discussing Dr Aseem Malhotra’s testimony. It was evident Smith had very limited access to suitable, non-bias medical advice as he was influenced to rely on the New Zealand Ministry of health science and data which is clearly misleading and fraudulent.
My disdain for the legal system strengthens when reading the Stuff article “Wellington coroner Garry Evans reflects on 18 years of sad deaths.” This story made me question, if the intent and processes of a Coroner inquest are more accurate and evidence based, especially relating to medical data, why are those same processors not implemented into the legal system?
I understand Coroner inquest has not been acceptable regarding the Covid-19 deaths, but I wonder why and how they are being influenced?
The story describes some of Evans’ accomplishments in his attempt to bring awareness to youth suicide, he stated “The community is not protected against youth suicide by suppression of knowledge. It is emperilled. It is a truism that knowledge empowers; suppression of knowledge disempowers.”
Evans sentiment regarding youth suicide should be ingrained into the general populations perception and of reality and culture, when our country awakens to the fraud, corruption and deceptive theft of our God given spirit to be alive, we will all have to decide, is it true that “knowledge empowers; suppression of knowledge disempowers.”
The story of Garry Evans and the underpinning themes and comments throughout the article shine light on the challenges we have in our corporate agencies in New Zealand. Researching noted names such as Eugene Thomas reveals where the depth of the corruption may arise from.
Although Evans was dumped from office in a National restructure in 2007, he never lost his love for what he says he will miss the most, “the people we serve.
Thanks for introducing me to ant John Ansell
