RE: Unlawful Demand – Dog Registration – Breach of Private Trust Non-Disclosure Agreement & Encumbrance Without Authority
1. Trust Jurisdiction & Standing
This property, and names referenced in your paperwork, are Private Trust property under in LandsAirWater Counsel, Private Trust NDA. This property is located outside your jurisdiction, and your demand has no lawful basis. You haven't produced any document of entitlement or original wet-ink agreement granting you authority to act against Our peoples or property.
2. Historical & Legal Context
You haven't demonstrated any lawful entitlement to act over lands held by tangatawhenua or over Private Trust property. Historically, much of the Rangitīkei district sits on gifted lands or lands taken under contested arrangements, and you have not provided evidence of the original grant, gift, or lawful transfer authorising your current operations.
The entity you call “the Crown” is a corporate construct, not a physical sovereign, and in law it may represent the Monarch, the Government Executive, or the State in right of a jurisdiction. If the King is the supposed sovereign, you must show proof that rates, levies, or penalties collected by you are lawfully owed to him and not simply retained or channelled through a corporate-government structure.
Under Quia Emptores (1289), all land was placed into feudal tenure under the Crown, but this never lawfully extinguished tangatawhenua title or authority. The in LandsAirWater Counsel, Private Trust recognises no such Crown authority over its property, and no agreement exists granting you rights to collect levies, impose statutes, or interfere with Trust matters.
3. Prior Wrongful Conduct
You have previously allowed or facilitated the Mayor to make a false Police report against Trust beneficiaries, with no action taken by the New Zealand Police. This, combined with your continued unlawful correspondence, confirms a pattern of incompetence, fiduciary breach, and disregard for lawful standing.
4. Demand for Remedy
You are hereby required to:
- Withdraw this unlawful dog registration demand immediately,
- Confirm in writing that no further enforcement action will be taken against Private Trust beneficiaries,
- Provide full proof of your lawful authority to operate over these lands and people, including the original authority by which you occupy and govern on gifted land.
Failure to comply will be recorded as a continuing breach of NDA and fiduciary duty, and invoiced under Our Trust fee schedule. Each such breach is an insurable event and will be actioned accordingly.
