Land Air Water Council – Community Workshop Series
Land Air Water Council – Community Workshop Series
Hosted by: InLandsAirWater Counsel – Private Trust
Featuring: Visiting Speaker Tracy Lynch (Office of the Attorney, PTNDA)
Location: Otago Woman’s Pioneer Hall in Moray Place
All Welcome – Especially Those Seeking Real Answers
Purpose of the Workshop
Over the last year, the InLandsAirWater Counsel has undertaken a wide range of strategic actions to expose and challenge systemic issues affecting landholders, pensioners, ratepayers, and private citizens across New Zealand.
These workshops are an opportunity to share what we’ve learned—through direct action, document discovery, and international escalation—and to empower others to move forward with lawful remedy, outside the failed legal mechanisms of this compromised Crown system.
Our Strategic Position: Why We’re Doing This
We can no longer pretend that meaningful remedy can be found within the New Zealand legal system. It is corporate, closed-loop, and governed by legal entities (lawyers, judges, politicians) who are bound by legislation and legal advice—not truth, not justice, and not equity.
We are not legal entities, and therefore legislation and legal advice do not apply to us unless consented to. Our private trust operates under equitable jurisdiction, backed by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), international treaty rights (UNDRIP), and protective filings already in place with U.S. and international bodies.
This workshop aims to clarify the legal fictions, break down the paperwork and myths, and give you the tools to understand and protect your rights, property, income, and identity.

✅ What the IRD, MSD, and NZTA won’t tell you (but must be challenged)
✅ How to interpret and respond to documents like Agent Forms, demand letters, and debt notices

This is Not Protest. This is Remedy.
We are not rebelling. We are restoring.
We act under peace, with evidence, under private jurisdiction, and with lawful strategy.
It’s time for every man and woman to understand who they are and who they are not.
This workshop is a step in that direction.
