Letter to Ombudsman Peter Boshier [email protected]
What’s this about, only one pilot has survived a helicopter crash caused by the fuel system being turned off by 5G cell phone towers. This pilot was a KIWI he has had the CAA and the aviation industry destroy his business and bankrupt him , all in the process of hiding the fact that there is a serious issue of safety around 5G towers

.Subject: Request for Investigation, Disclosure, and Lawful Remedy – Helicopter Incident of 23 April 2008

Dear Peter,

In your personal capacity as Ombudsman for this land known as New Zealand, I seek your direct intervention regarding the helicopter incident of 23 April 2008 and the subsequent conduct of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

Summary of the matter (for the record)

Operator: SKYWORK Helicopters (CEO Roger Stevenson), Badley Beach, Matakana / Warkworth, Auckland.Aircraft/engine: 2B Turbomeca.Route/time: Taupō to Te Whiti (Masterton); engine failure at 09:02 on 23 April 2008.

Location-specific concern: Failure occurred at the exact intersection of four telecommunications transmitters (Vodafone and Telecom NZ).

Core concerns

Withheld crash report

Despite repeated requests, the official crash report has not been released. We are informed—and our records indicate—that CAA possessed the relevant answers yet did not disclose them.

Suppression under colour of litigation

Material was not released on the basis of an ongoing court case. That proceeding appears to have been vexatious and frivolous in effect, used to delay or prevent disclosure rather than to advance safety or truth.

Harms to the pilot (the man concerned)

This man is a recognised pilot overseas yet not recognised in New Zealand—an inconsistency that has directly harmed his ability to lawfully work and support his family after returning home.

Financial harm: loss of income and opportunities arising from non-recognition, reputational damage, and ongoing process burdens.

Physical and personal harm: the crash itself and its aftermath.We record that these harms were foreseeably aggravated by delays and non-disclosure.Conflict-of-interest and natural justice concerns

We hold lawful concerns about structural bias or perceived bias, where lawyers connected with large corporates and government appear repeatedly across related matters, and where judicial officers are drawn from the same professional bodies. We are not alleging personal misconduct by any judge; we are asserting a systemic appearance of bias contrary to the principles of natural justice (nemo judex in causa sua) and the right to a fair hearing (audi alteram partem).

Public safety dimension The precise coincidence of the engine failure with the intersection of four cell-tower transmitters raises lawful questions about EMF exposure and aviation risk. Whether causative or not, this nexus warrants transparent, independent scrutiny and prompt disclosure in the public interest.

What we ask you to do (lawful remedy sought)

Compel full disclosure of the crash report and all associated technical data, correspondence, and internal decision records held by CAA (including reasons for non-disclosure), with minimal redactions and a schedule of documents.

Commission or refer for an independent technical review (conflict-free) addressing potential electromagnetic interference and any other causal pathways, with findings published.

Ensure restoration measures for the pilot:

Independent review of the grounds and process for non-recognition in New Zealand;

Recommendations for rectification, including recognition pathway, removal of unjust impediments, and record-level corrections;

Compensation recommendations proportionate to the financial and personal harms attributable to administrative delay, non-disclosure, or process error.

Review of litigation posture: determine whether the referenced proceeding(s) functioned to suppress disclosure and, if so, recommend safeguards against recurrence.

Issue directions on natural justice: reinforce to the agencies involved their duties of impartiality, transparency, reason-giving, and timely disclosure consistent with lawful standards and the public interest.

Timeframe and handling Kindly confirm within 10 working days:

The steps you will take;

A disclosure timetable; and

The name of your independent point of contact for this matter.

We will supply, upon request and on notice, our correspondence log, prior requests for information, and relevant technical notes. We also enclose IMG_2215.jpg pertinent to the incident.

This request is made lawfully and in good faith, to vindicate natural justice and public safety. We look forward to your direct and unambiguous response.

Yours sincerely,

By:Tracy
