We acknowledge receipt of your administrative response to our correspondence dated 20 March 2025, issued under Private Trust Non-Disclosure Agreement (Tangatawhenua Private Trust | LandsAirWater Counsel).As no official reference number was provided in your acknowledgment, we hereby assign the following record number for all correspondence and filings relating to this matter:

TWT-NDA-2025-0320 This reference stands as our official registration of notice with your office. Should you wish to use an alternative tracking code, it is your obligation to notify us in writing. Otherwise, the above record number will remain binding for all administrative and fiduciary audit purposes.

Trustee Fee Liability for Misadministration

Please be advised that failure to acknowledge this notice in future proceedings, or failure to properly account for this filing within your registrarial processes, will incur trustee handling and correction fees of:

$1,500 NZD per hour

Charged to the responsible administrative body or agent for time spent rectifying errors arising from your omission, delay, or misfiling.

This fee schedule is now active and part of the Trust’s billing register for any administrative remediation caused by misadministration or neglect of filed correspondence.

No further reminders will be issued.
