Suggestions re police stop in car

Be prepared.

A key thing that you must remember is, you are leading by example. The public will follow your example. The police have not encountered this sort of thing very often. They will see you as a Sovereign citizen who thinks their laws don’t apply to you. They are not taught law at the Police academy; thus, they are not aware that they are doing things that are unlawful. They truly believe they have the right and power to do as they see fit. So, each encounter you have is an opportunity to learn for you and for them. Be polite, DO NOT ARGUE, that is what they want you to do. They want to have cause to arrest you, and they will fake a charge of resisting arrest. That is what they want, that’s what they do. A criminal charge. They will target us, as they don’t want the public to catch on to the reality that exists.

  • Be prepared; this is in the form of a folder that has your light vehicle inspection notice with the invoice from the garage that checked the car. This proves the car is safe and road worthy.
  • Have the “Public Trust Act 2001 Section (148) printed off, put it in the folder and above your visor to read out to them or to show them.
  • Make sure you have the Logo clearly displayed on the automobile, a suggestion is having the Gold Bird stuck to the car beside the back number plate. The Legal Notice with your private # plate written into the notice. If you have done your PPSR and the UCC1 have either of those legal notices written into another legal notice card.
  • Make sure the private plate is attached with theft proof screws; they may choose to try and steal your plates.
  • Have a handful of Law Counsel attorney cards in the car to hand to them, you should be carrying around cards all the time to give to people
  • Have a few Law Counsel invoice cards (they are blue) to give to the officers, fill out the date the officers id # and put a reference # specific for you, PM (Palmerston North) PI ( Police incompetence) your initials first names then  0001
  • The invoice will require a amount for the infringement ha ha, you will get this from the Schedule of set fees for the Law Counsel, the first two fees are breach of the NDA and the second will probably be trespass.
  • Have the postal address for Attorney in hand. PO Box 237 Gore 9470.
  • Being mentally prepared is important, have a clear picture of what the polices objectives are when they pull you over. They want to contract with you and force you into Joinder, this is trapping you as a LEGAL PERSON. To do this they need 3 things Your full name, your address and your date of birth.
  • Your name is what everyone calls you, that is your first name or nickname, no one calls you by the full name, they want the Surname, don’t give it to them.
  • You live in your body, simple as that no fixed abode, you are always moving around.
  • Your date of birth is normally 20 days after your born date, The birth date is the certificate. You can reply to him “your born date is ….”

If you can stop in full view of the public, a petrol station is perfect.

If you can video the event, turn the dash-cam on.

  • Don’t panic stay calm be polite.
  • Wind down the window and hand the officer the Attorneys card. At the same time tell him you are a member of the Private Trust, and you are bound by an NDA
  • When you get the chance after he asks for your driver’s licence, tell him politely that you would be breaking the NDA, by handing him the license. To do so is a crime.
  • You can now safely give him the drivers licence stating that you are doing this under duress. He is now breaking the law. Don’t tell him that. The less you say the better. You could simply say you’re not a driver and don’t carry one. It’s easier if you give it to him as he will want to identify you. Just give your first names. If he accepts the licence after you have warned him about the DNA you are safe, he has just broken the law. If they insist on the surname (this will trap you as a person so don’t give it) he has the licence, so he knows everything.
  • He will ask you for your date of birth this is the 3rd piece of evidence they need to contract with you. You were not birthed you were born. You can say you are not sure of the birth date (The day the certificate was created) My born date is ….
  • If the officer has used duress in any way you can now read him his rights, have a copy of the Private Trust Act 2001 section (148) , we can now invoice them as they have been warned.
  • Beware of the questions they ask! When he states “ you are DRIVING, “ you are not, this is their main trap to get you into joinder. You are a man / woman travelling from one place to another, you are NOT A DRIVER
  • You don’t live at the address, you live in your body, thus no fixed abode, (Getting your address is the second thing they need to trap you) if he needs a contact address tell he to post to the Attorney. PO Box 237 Gore 9470. As you cannot communicate other than through the attorney.
  • He will want to identify the car, and will ask to see the Vin #, pop the bonnet for him and politely tell him this is trespass and is liable to a $25000 invoice to the police.
  • By this stage you should have his full name and badge # video this if you can, don’t point the thing in his face, don’t intimidate him. They will want to arrest you and get you for resisting arrest.
  • By now he will have asked about why you have private plates, don’t say a thing. The less you say the better.
  • The Police and the NZTA have been told you and your automobile are in the Private Trust. You can tell him that. He probably won’t know what that means.
  • He will hand you a small card with infringement fee and id # for the event. Take that. At the same time present the officer your blue invoice card, which you will have taken a photo of for record,  and politely tell him he has been served also.
  • If he threatens you, take note of that and how many times he says it, this is not lawful.
  • The important thing to keep in mind is that whatever they do we can fix it on the paper. The paper is the court.
  • Contact the attorney to notice us of the event and where and when.
