Roadside Police Stops
How to Handle a Police Stop – Lawful Guidance for Private Trust Members
This guide is intended to help private individuals understand their rights when lawfully travelling and encountering police roadside stops. You are not a legal entity or a commercial actor – you are a private person operating under a Private Trust with an NDA. Understanding this distinction is essential for maintaining your lawful standing and avoiding unlawful joinder into the legal fiction system.
Key Understanding
The misunderstanding starts with registration. When you register a vehicle, you unknowingly enter into commerce – becoming a legal entity subject to statutory rules. However, private people travelling are not conducting commerce. Police assume otherwise because that’s what they’ve been trained to believe. They are trained in legal procedures, not lawful principles. Legal is fiction – it exists only on paper. Lawful is real – it applies to people.
Encountering Police – The Right Mindset
Each roadside stop is not a ‘sovereign citizen standoff.’ It’s an encounter with someone who doesn’t know the difference between legal and lawful. Be calm. Be polite. Don’t argue. Arguing is a form of contract and can be twisted into ‘resisting arrest.’ You are not resisting. You are having a peaceful conversation as a private person.
What to Carry and Display
- • A folder with documentation: insurance proof, mechanic’s road worthiness declaration.
- • Public Trust Act 2001 Section 148 printed and kept above the visor.
- • Your Private Trust Legal Notice NS72 and private number plate details.
- • Trust emblem/logo (e.g., Gold Bird) clearly affixed near your number plate. Or inside the back windscreen
- . Legal Notice cards filled out with the plate # written in also the UCC1 registration #
- • UCC1 and PPSR filings documented and on hand if available.
- • Attorney business cards – always keep spares.
- • Postal address for contact: PO Box 237, Gore 9470.
- • Private plates attached with theft-proof screws.
Handling the Interaction
- • Remain calm. Take a breath. This is a man or woman doing a job. You’re not in a fight.
- • Wind down the window slightly. Hand over your Attorney’s card. State: ‘I am in a Private Trust under NDA. Kindly contact my Attorney.’
- • If asked for your licence, say: ‘To provide that would breach the NDA, which is a lawful agreement. However, I provide it under duress for identification only.’
- • Do not give surname, address, or birth date. If pressed: ‘I was born here. I have no fixed abode. Please contact my Attorney.’
- • Do not admit to being a ‘driver.’ Say: ‘I am a man/woman travelling in my private conveyance.’
- • If asked to open the bonnet for VIN: comply calmly, but state: ‘This is trespass on private property. Your agency will be invoiced $25,000 per breach.’
- • Take note of badge number and name. Film discreetly if possible. Do not escalate.
- • If handed a fine or ticket, accept it peacefully. It can be addressed later on paper through the proper process.
- • Remind the officer they are personally liable for all breaches. Accountability lies with the decision-maker, not just the organisation.
Language Tips – What to Say and Not Say
- • Do not say you are a sovereign citizen. This is a trap term used against people.
- • Do not say ‘no contract’ aggressively. Instead, state calmly: ‘I am not in legal contract. I operate lawfully under trust.’
- • Do not admit to ‘driving’ or to a fixed address. These create joinder.
- • Instead of giving a birth date, say: ‘I was born here. The registration date is not my born date.’
- • If asked for your name: give your given names only. Do not offer a surname or title – Mr , Mrs.
- • If asked for contact details: refer again to the Attorney. Provide only the PO Box.
Final Reminder
You are not in their system. You are not in commerce. You are not a legal fiction.
Do not panic. Be prepared. Keep good records. Operate peacefully under trust.
Everything that happens on the road can be corrected on paper. The paper is the court.
If anything happens, notify the Attorney’s office with the date, time, location, and details.
