This is a formal complaint and notice of breach.
We have made it repeatedly clear to Police, local Councils, Court officials, and the responsible Ministers that the individuals concerned are private people operating under a Private Trust Non-Disclosure Agreement. They are not legal entities and do not consent to administrative oversight.
Despite this:
– Police have continued threats and interference, even after being told to seek legal advice on trust law. They did not.
– Councils continue to deduct rates from mortgage accounts unlawfully, and courts are filing DMCs against people with no mortgages.
– The Courts have ignored lawful private trust orders and continue to enforce Crown statutes over people who do not exist in their jurisdiction.
– All attempts to notify these agencies have been ignored or dismissed, constituting ongoing administration without right, privacy violations, and trespass.
We now bring this to the Privacy Commissioner as a matter of urgency. Our private trust affairs are being accessed, interfered with, and administrated unlawfully by agents acting outside their lawful bounds.
We seek:
1. Immediate acknowledgment of this breach.
2. Investigation and direction to prevent further interference.
3. Recognition that these matters fall outside statutory jurisdiction and must not be accessed without explicit agreement.
This situation has caused ongoing harm. We reserve all rights to pursue remedy, redress, and international escalation.
Sincerely,
By:Tracy Lynch
